Landmark Building of the city of Buenos Aires, in the exclusive area of Puerto Madero Este.

It consists of four sectors: North wing, built in 1902, South wing, built in 1907, restored for residences, keeping the 3.30 meters height of its ceilings. Over these, the new building will take place, a crystal train that will shelter apartments with two terraces, facing both east and west plus triplexes, with jacuzzis on the private terraces.

The units range from 882 sq ft to 3,014 sq ft, with one to three bedrooms.
The East wing is the Cathedral, a large cultural, commercial and entertainment space.

Finishings in marble and stone from Argentina and Italy, wood floorings, first line sanitary equipments, faucets and iron fittings
Gymnasium, steam room, hydrommasaje and swimming pool.
Three basements including private parking lots, storage and laundry.
Commercial and cultural area on ground floor, with internal galleries and squares.
